Can I get my parcel delivered to a Locker?

Many retailers offer delivery to Locker – just select it as a delivery option when you check out.

You’ll be notified when your parcel is ready to pick up and you’ll have 3 days to collect it. We’ll also send you a barcode – simply scan or enter the barcode number at the Locker to open the door to your parcel.

Selected retailers also allow you to divert your parcel to a Locker while it’s out for delivery. You can ask your courier to deliver to Locker by selecting the option when tracking your parcel. Please note that parcels that require proof of delivery can't be diverted, and some retailers don't allow parcel diversions.
