How do I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change - maybe you packed the wrong item, no longer need to send the parcel, or realised you’d prefer to drop it off at a ParcelShop instead of arranging a collection. Whatever the reason, you can cancel your Evri order anytime before your parcel is sent.
I’ve purchased a label, but haven’t sent my parcel yet
If your parcel hasn’t been handed over to us yet - whether through a drop-off or courier collection - you’re eligible for a refund.
Here’s how to cancel your order:
- Log in to your Evri account
- Visit your Order History
- Select the order you'd like to cancel
- We’ll process your refund right away
Refund timings:
- UK deliveries: Usually refunded within 3–5 working days
- International deliveries: May take up to 6–28 working days, depending on your payment provider
My parcel has already been dropped off or collected
Once your parcel is in our network, we can’t stop or cancel the delivery. However, your recipient can refuse the parcel at the door, and we’ll aim to return it to you.
Please note:
- Returns from overseas can take several months and aren’t always guaranteed
- Refunds cannot be processed after drop-off or collection
Need to make changes instead of cancelling?
If you’ve booked a courier collection and your plans have changed, there are a few options:
I want to change the collection date or address
- Cancel your current booking by following the steps above
- Rebook your parcel at a date or location that suits you better
I want to switch to a drop-off service
Booked a courier collection, but prefer to visit a nearby ParcelShop or Locker instead? No problem. Just contact us via our chatbot, and we’ll help you change the delivery type.
If you’ve booked a ParcelShop drop-off, you can still use our Lockers to drop off with your existing QR code.
