What if I can’t find an address?

We cover almost all of the United Kingdom, but there are some remote or inaccessible areas that we can’t deliver to.

If the address you’re entering isn’t appearing on our address finder double check that the address you’ve entered is correct, if the address is correct then you can click “enter manually” and enter the details as required. 

If the delivery address isn’t appearing, we’d ask that you check with the recipient that the address is correct, or see if there is another address we can deliver their parcel to.

When booking a courier collection, if you’re unable to find the address, then just check our ParcelShop finder for a drop-off point near you.
