How do I update my personal details?

Whether you're moving house, need to update your delivery preferences, or want to add accessibility instructions to help your courier, we’re here to make it easy. 

Updating your details 

To make changes to your personal information, simply: 

  1. Log in to your Evri account 
  2. Select ‘My account’ from the top-right drop-down menu 
  3. Head to Account settings where you can update your name, phone number, address, safe place, and preferred delivery instructions 

You can also add delivery preferences if you have a disability or impairment. This information helps your courier deliver your parcels more safely and easily. Find out more about updating your accessibility information

 

Need to update your email address?

Your email address is used as your unique login, so it can’t be changed once your account has been created. If you'd like to use a different email address (for example, to correct a typo or use your business address), the best option is to create a new Evri account with the preferred email.
