What is an “Evri gateway?”

When an internationally shipped parcel reaches the UK, it is first held at one of our parcel processing locations whilst it clears through customs. These locations are known as “Evri gateways.” Once the parcel has acquired customs clearance, it is then transported to one of our hubs where it will continue to make its way to its destination.
