What time will the courier collect my parcel?

You can expect your parcel to be collected between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. We don’t collect parcels on Sundays or on bank holidays. 

Don’t forget, you can also use any one of our ParcelShops to drop off your parcel at a time to suit you. There are 9,000+ ParcelShops across the UK, and many of them are open early ‘til late, 7 days a week. Find your nearest ParcelShop. Most of our ParcelShops have Print In ParcelShop devices – not only can you print your parcel label in the shop (if you've already booked online or with the Evri app), you can use the device to book and pay too. You just need to bring your parcel with you. We have Lockers across the UK, most available 24/7, outside local shops and supermarkets.
