If I know I’m going to be in, can I cancel my diversion request?

If your plans have changed and you’re going to be at home for your delivery, you don’t need to do anything. The courier will always try the original delivery address before they leave the parcel at a neighbour’s address or safe place. So you’ll still receive your parcel at home (if you’re home), even with a diversion in place.
