Expected delivery time

Expected delivery times, or ETAs as we call them, are set by the courier on the morning of delivery and are worked out by the route they’ll take to deliver their parcels. Although an ETA can’t be changed you can divert your parcel to a neighbour or safe place.

If you’ve ordered a parcel from a retailer and they’ve requested that we get a signature from the address we’re unable to offer an option to divert to a neighbour or safe place but don’t worry, the courier will attempt delivery on 3 separate days.
