3 easy ways to send
Sending a parcel with Evri is quick and easy. We offer a wide range of convenient delivery services across the UK and internationally. There are 3 EASY ways to send a parcel:

Take your parcel to a ParcelShop
Your local Evri ParcelShop is a convenient alternative to a Post Office. You can book online, with the Evri app or –if the shop has a Print In ParcelShop device– just turn up with your parcel. Whichever way you choose, you can use our Print In ParcelShop devices to print your label if you don’t have a printer.

Drop off your parcel at a locker
We have Lockers placed in neighbourhoods across the UK. They’re open 24/7, are covered by CCTV and are located in convenient places, like supermarkets. Our largest Locker is 62cm x 39cm x 57cm – plenty of room for bigger parcels. Find your nearest Locker and book online or with our app.

Arrange a Courier collection
Let us collect your parcel from you with our door-to-door courier service. Choose when you’d like us to collect it – up to 7 days in advance – and we’ll deliver it within 3 to 5 days from collection. Available with Standard delivery, book your Courier collection now, either online or with the Evri app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
How to send your parcel with Evri online
Sending your parcels with Evri is QUICK and EASY.

2. Choose your delivery service
You have two simple services to choose from: Next Day – drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker by 12pm on a working day and we’ll do our best to deliver the next working day. It’ll take longer if you drop off at the weekend – see ‘Our Service Commitment’ to you. Standard – send your parcel from a ParcelShop or Locker, or arrange Courier collection. We’ll deliver it within 2 to 5 days. Use our website or the Evri app to book your parcel

3. Fill in your parcel details
Let us know what’s in your parcel (read our simple guide on what you can and can’t send) and how much it’s worth. We include £20 cover for FREE and, for peace of mind, you can increase the cover if your parcel’s worth more. You can also request a digital signature as proof of delivery.

4. Let us know where it's going
Tell us where your parcel is going and – if you’d like your recipient to receive tracking updates – add their email address. We’ll also ask if there’s a safe place where we can deliver the parcel, as well as a return address, your email address and phone number, just in case we can’t deliver the parcel.

5. Pay and print your parcel
All you need to do now is pay then print your label. If you don’t have a printer, you can use a Print In ParcelShop device at most of our ParcelShops – you can find your nearest one here.

Where can I send parcels to?
You can send parcels across the UK with Evri – the only exemptions are the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations.
Some locations cost us more to deliver to; we may add a location charge of £2.75 when sending parcels to certain postcodes (unless sending to the same postcode area the parcel is sent from e.g BT2 to BT18).
We also deliver parcels to over 200+ countries and territories across the world. Simply book your parcel online and send using our Courier collection service, ParcelShops or Lockers.
