Are diversions guaranteed?

Not always. Although the courier will try their best there’ll be times when they can’t make your requested diversion.

If the courier isn’t able to deliver they’ll return to the address 2 more times to attempt delivery and if they’re able to do so they’ll leave your parcel in your diverted location on the following delivery attempt.
