If you’re having any issues while you're at a Locker, don’t worry – technical support is available. Our Lockers are serviced by partner companies who maintain the Lockers and ensure you can access your parcels.

You don't need to look any further than the Locker itself to call for assistance. Simply select “help” on the terminal to find out what to do next.
