Our 'digital signature' service means we’ll deliver your parcel by handing it directly to someone at a UK address, or a neighbour if the recipient isn’t available, for your guaranteed peace of mind.
We'll provide photographic proof your parcel was handed to someone at the delivery address or neighbour, so you can be sure it has been delivered securely.

How to send a parcel with a digital signature
Sending your parcels with Evri is quick and easy. Follow our simple step-by-step guide, so you know where and when to select our signed for delivery service in a few clicks:
Fill in the basics
Using our website or App, tell us where it’s going, where it’s coming from and how much it weighs. Please note a digital signature is not available for Postable parcels or international services.
Choose your delivery service
You can select the delivery speed, options for drop off or collection, and delivery location that suit you best.
Enter your parcel details
Let us know what’s in your parcel and how much it’s worth. When you reach this step, you can request a digital signature - our recorded delivery service.
Let us know where it’s going
Tell us where in the UK your parcel is going and, if you’d like your recipient to receive tracking updates, add their email address. We’ll also ask a few more details such as a return address, your email address and phone number, just in case we're unable to deliver the parcel.
Pay and print your parcel label
All you need to do now is pay then print your label. If you don’t have a printer, you can use a Print In ParcelShop device at our ParcelShops – you can find your nearest one using our ParcelShop finder.
Track your parcel
All parcels in our network receive end-to-end tracking, so you can see how far along your package is on its journey using our tracking tool. If you requested a digital signature, your photo proof of delivery will be available to view when your parcel has been delivered in person.
