Send a parcel quickly and easily

Sending a parcel has never been easier. With the Evri app, you can book and pay for your parcel in a few taps! Just choose whether you’d like to drop off at a ParcelShop, or Locker, or have your Evri Courier collect them from an address of your choice.

If you don’t have access to a printer, don’t worry. Find a ParcelShop that’s convenient and print a label using the free Print In ParcelShop device.

Track your parcels in the app

There’s no need to sign in every time you use our app; the information you need is just a tap away! Click through to email notifications to reach the tracking page quickly and easily, making tracking parcels an even smoother experience. Get real-time tracking information by entering your parcel’s 16-character tracking code, too. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll see:

Easy parcel returns

The Evri app makes returning a parcel quick and easy. Just search for one of the retailers we work with, then choose to drop your parcel off at a ParcelShop and print in store, or at a Locker. Alternatively, organise for a Courier to collect it from you.

Divert your parcel easily

Not going to be home? No problem! In just a few taps you can tell your courier to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or to a safe place like a garage, porch or shed.

Need someone to keep an eye on your parcel? Use the NEW ‘share my delivery’ feature to share your tracking information with someone you trust – they’ll be able to see updates on your parcel’s progress and divert it to a safe place or neighbour on your behalf.

Set preferences for smoother deliveries

You can use ‘My Places’ on the app to set preferences for all your parcel deliveries. You can:

Add a photo and delivery notes

This helps your Evri courier find the correct address, e.g. “up the steps, press third floor flat buzzer”.
