How will I know when my parcel has been delivered?

We know how important it is to stay updated after you've sent a parcel, so we’ve made it easy to track your parcel every step of the way, right through to delivery. 

Here’s how it works: 

Stay in the loop from start to finish 

You can track your parcel online or using the Evri app, where you’ll see regular updates showing each stage of your parcel’s journey - from collection to delivery.

As the sender, if you included contact details for your recipient at the time of booking or if they opted into receiving live parcel updates via the app, your recipient will receive notifications. On the day of delivery, we’ll usually send your recipient a message with a delivery window, so they know exactly when to expect your parcel.

After your parcel’s been delivered 

You’ll receive a delivery confirmation with helpful details, such as: 

  • A photo showing where your parcel was left (if delivered to a safe place) or of the person who accepted it. Please note that photos of people should not feature their faces. 
  • A pin of the delivery location
