What’s a parcel diversion?

Rather than wait in all day for your parcel, you can ask your courier to leave your parcel with a friendly neighbour or in a safe place. 

You can divert your parcel all the way until the courier reaches your doorstep, the courier will get an update asking them to switch your parcel’s delivery address to a neighbour or safe place.
