My barcode isn’t scanning - what should I do?

If your barcode isn’t scanning at the Locker, don’t worry - we’re here to help. 

First, try entering the 16-digit barcode manually using the keypad on the Locker screen. This usually solves the issue. 

If it still doesn’t work or you're experiencing other problems, you can get support directly from the Locker. Just tap the “Help” button on the terminal for step-by-step assistance or contact details for our Locker support team. 

Need help with a QR code at a ParcelShop? 

No problem! If your QR code isn’t scanning at the Print in ParcelShop device, you can still print your label quickly and easily by entering your 6-character Print in ParcelShop code on the touchscreen.
