Don’t worry if you’re having issues scanning your barcode. You can enter the 16-digit barcode manually using the keypad on the screen.
If this still doesn’t work, or you’re experiencing any other issues, help is available.
We use two types of Locker – InPost and Evri. Technical support for InPost Lockers is available on 0330 335 0950. Lines are open from 8am-10pm Mon-Fri, and 8am-8pm Sat-Sun and bank holidays.
