What can I do if the person I’m sending the parcel to doesn’t want it any more?

If the person receiving a UK parcel no longer wants it, the best thing is to ask them to refuse the parcel upon delivery. The courier will then return the parcel and we’ll arrange for it to be sent back to you.

If you haven't provided us with your return address then, once the parcel has been refused, just contact our customer service team who can help make sure the parcel is returned to you.
