Our largest Locker measures 62cm x 57cm x 39cm. If your parcel is too big for a Locker, take it to a ParcelShop, where the size limits are larger

Whether you’re picking up or dropping off, we’ll track your parcel every step of it’s journey
Divert to a Locker
With many retailers, you can divert parcels to a Locker on your courier’s route. The only exceptions are if a signature is required or if a retailer requires us to deliver it to your address

How to send and/or return parcels via Lockers
It’s easy to use a Locker. At the terminal, scan the barcode on your shipping label or manually enter the 16-digit number. A door will automatically open. Place your parcel in the compartment, close the door and we’ll do the rest! Drop off by 12pm for same-day collection.

And a door will automatically open. If you need a bigger Locker, click ‘too small’ on the screen and we’ll open the door on the biggest compartment, if it’s available
Put your parcel in, close the door, and that’s it!
One of our couriers will collect your parcel and take it to one of our depots, ready for delivery
How to pick up parcels from Lockers
Lots of retailers offer parcel Locker collection – just select it as a delivery option when you check out.
When your parcel arrives, you can collect it at any time over the next 3 days. We’ll send you a code to enter at the Locker, which will unlock the door to your parcel – it’s that simple!
With selected retailers, you can also divert a parcel to a Locker on your courier’s route – amend your delivery on our tracking page. Deliveries requiring proof of delivery can't be diverted, and some retailers don't permit parcel diversions.
Print your parcel labels at a Locker
No printer? No problem! You can quickly and easily print your parcel labels for FREE at an Evri Locker. Here’s how:
Book your parcel online or via our app and select your preferred Locker.
When you complete your order you’ll receive a QR code.
Scan the QR code at the Locker terminal to print your label there and then!
Attach the label to your parcel.
Scan your barcode or manually enter the 16-digit barcode number to open a door.
Place the parcel inside, close the door and we’ll do the rest!

Next Day and Standard delivery
If you’re sending a parcel, you can choose between Next Day and Standard delivery for many Lockers (some might be Standard only). If Next Day is available, please drop it off by 12pm.
Make sure you only put 1 parcel in each compartment. Separate parcels need to be booked separately, with their own labels and compartments.
