Please allow 14 days from the time you handed over your item for return. It can sometimes take a while for the retailer or seller to confirm they’ve received your parcel.
If 14 days have passed since you handed over your parcel for return, and your retailer says that they haven’t received your parcel, then you need to ask for an investigation into the missing returned parcel.
If your return was free, you’ll need to ask your retailer to start an investigation on your behalf – search for customer services on their app or website.
If you’ve paid postage for your return, then please contact our customer services team who’ll be able to help you start an investigation at email@example.com.
