When your parcel is on its way back to the retailer you’ll see the message ‘On its way back to the retailer’ as your final tracking point. From this point, you’ll know that we’ve handed your parcel back to your retailer, they’ll notify you either when they receive the parcel, or when the refund is complete.
Although we won’t send you any updates to confirm the retailer has received the parcel, our tracking will confirm when it’s left us and is on its way back to your retailer.
