I've lost my label or Print in Store code

If you’ve lost your label or Print in Store code then don't worry. It's easy to get it again:

1. Go to your Order History. This can be found by hovering over your name at the top of the page.
2. Choose one of the following:
   • To print at home: Click 'Print Label'.
   • To print in store: Download your invoice.
3. On your invoice, copy the invoice number.
4. Now visit https://www.evri.com/basket/checkout/confirmation/INVOICENUMBER - You must replace INVOICENUMBER with the invoice number copied in step 3.
5. Your 6-character Print in Store code can be found at the bottom of the page.
