How do I use a Locker to send a parcel?
Sending a parcel with one of our Lockers is quick, convenient, and can be done 24/7 at most locations - perfect if you’re short on time.
Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Book your parcel online or with the Evri app
When you book your delivery, simply choose ‘Locker’ as your drop-off method. Don’t have a printer? No problem, many of our Lockers let you print your label on-site. You’ll receive a QR code after booking, which you can scan at the Locker to print there and then.
Step 2: Head to your chosen Locker
Use our Locker finder to locate the one that’s closest or most convenient for you. Most are outside local shops or supermarkets and are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Step 3: Drop off your parcel
- At the Locker screen, choose “Send a parcel”
- Scan your barcode or manually enter the 16-digit number we sent you
- A Locker door will pop open automatically. Simply place your parcel inside and close the door
If the door that opens is too small, just tap “Too small” on the screen, and we’ll try to open a larger compartment (if one’s available).
If you drop your parcel off before 12pm, we’ll usually collect it the same day!
A few helpful tips:
- Each parcel must have its own booking and label - one parcel per Locker compartment
- Make sure your parcel is securely packaged and clearly labelled
- Sending more than one parcel? Repeat the process for each one
Did you know?
You can also return parcels or collect deliveries from our Lockers, and with some retailers, you can even divert a parcel to a Locker on the day of delivery if you’re not going to be home.
Plus, if your preferred ParcelShop isn’t available, you can also drop off your parcel at a Locker, even when you chose a ParcelShop drop off at the time of booking.
