Can I collect my parcel?

If your parcel is being delivered by your local courier you won’t be able to collect it from your local ParcelShop or delivery depot, but your courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. 

If you don’t think you’ll be in for the next attempt you can ask your courier to deliver your parcel to a neighbour, or another safe place. Go to divert your parcel.
