How do I change my order details?
We understand that sometimes plans change - and we’re here to make things as easy as possible.
If you’ve booked a parcel but haven’t handed it over to us yet, the quickest way to update your details is to cancel your order, then rebook with the correct information. Don’t worry - any payment you've made will be refunded soon.
Here’s how to cancel your order:
- Log in to your Evri account
- Visit your Order History
- Select the order you'd like to cancel
- We’ll process your refund right away
Refund timings:
- UK deliveries: Usually refunded within 3–5 working days
- International deliveries: May take up to 6–28 working days, depending on your payment provider
Already handed your parcel over?
If your parcel is already in our network and turns out to be overweight or oversized, we’ll contact you to arrange payment for the difference. Your parcel will be held safely until the payment is made.
Please note: We'll never ask your recipient to pay the difference for overweight or oversized parcels. If you’re unsure about the payment request, check our guide on how to spot and report potential fraud.

Got a parcel out for delivery?
We know you won’t always be in to receive your parcels, that’s why our couriers will attempt to deliver up to three times.
