As long as there's availability, there is no limit on how many parcels you can deliver. If you’re doing a great job keeping customers happy, then there is no reason why you can’t take on more parcels to deliver. After all, the more you deliver, the more money you earn.

Joining our nationwide team of over 25,000 couriers couldn’t be easier, with flexibility to allow you to ease into the responsibility at your own pace.

Evri Flex couriers are an essential part of our operation. Whether it’s fitting in your deliveries around the school run or another job, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule. You can take on any extra available rounds as and when you need to.

  • Get started with just a medium to large vehicle and a smart phone.
  • Set your availability on our app and we’ll match you to delivery rounds in your area.
  • The more you work, the more you earn – as long as rounds are available, there's no limit to how many you can take on.
  • Perfect for a side hustle or balancing with other commitments.

If you’re looking to provide a more regular and consistent service in return for better contractual benefits that make life a little easier, then Evri Plus could be the ideal opportunity.

Become an Evri Plus courier and get enhanced contractual benefits

Evri Plus is for couriers who want the rewards associated with full-time employment, with the freedom and flexibility of self-employment. All you need to do is commit to five or more days a week, including Saturday or Sunday and you’ll qualify for better contractual benefits. These include:

  • Up to 28 days paid holiday and with cover automatically provided when your holiday is properly planned  
  • Automatic enrolment into a pension scheme for you to save into (minimum of 5% of invoiced earnings), and we’ll also pay a contribution each time you do (3%) 
  • Additional payments as agreed with the GMB union for non-parcel delivery tasks 
  • Maternity, paternity and adoption leave 
  • Accident and sickness insurance cover (*subject to an additional fee) 
  • Guaranteed earnings higher than the National Living Wage (NLW)
