There are 2 quick and easy ways to return your Puma parcel:
All you need to do is scan the barcode of your enclosed Evri returns label and pop the package inside the opened locker or hand it straight to the cashier.
Print your returns label at home or with a Print in ParcelShop device if you no longer have your original copy from your Puma order. Once your label is printed, you can hand your parcel to a ParcelShop cashier or pop it in one of our Lockers.
Everything we need to know about your Puma return should be included on the Evri returns label you got with your original order.
If you no longer have the returns label that came with your package, you’ll need to book your return online and print a new label. If you don’t have a printer at home, you can use one of our Print in ParcelShop devices.
