How to return your Clarks parcel
There are 3 quick and easy ways to return your Clarks parcel: You can also use our Print In ParcelShop devices to print your label if you’ve booked online, but don’t have a printer at home.

1. Book your return online or using our app
Then drop it off at a ParcelShop or Locker. Follow the link at the top of the page to get started

2. Arrange courier collection using our website or our app
you can book up to a week in advance

3. Take your item to a ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device
you can complete the whole process in-store
What you need to know for your Clarks return
Here’s a quick guide on things to know and check before you return your Clarks parcel. (For more details, check out the Clarks returns policy, last reviewed: November 2020)
You have 28 days to return any items you’re not happy with – 14 days if they were bought in a sale. You can return faulty goods within 6 months of purchase
Return items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging
When returning with Evri, Clarks will contact you to arrange your refund and get the relevant information from you
Your original delivery charge will only be refunded if your items are faulty
