How to return a M and M Direct parcel

There are 2 easy ways to return your M and M Direct item with Evri:

Print in ParcelShop

Go to a ParcelShop with a Print in ParcelShop device. If your return is free, simply turn up with your parcel and send it on its way.

Book online or using our app

Then just drop if off at a ParcelShop or Locker. If your return isn’t free, you’ll need to book a slot first.

What we need to know about your M and M Direct return

We need to know just a few things to send your parcel back to M and M Direct, if you’re booking your return online, you’ll need to print off a returns label – if you don’t have a printer at home, just go to a ParcelShop with a Print in ParcelShop device.

Here’s some of the things you should know and check before you return your M and M Direct parcel:

M and M Direct returns are £2.99 or £2.49 if you pre-purchase the returns label

Returns can be made using the M and M Direct returns portal or through the Evri website.

It takes up to 7 working days for M and M Direct to receive any returns and up to 7 working days to process them

M and M Direct can’t accept returns on underwear, swimwear, piercings, or toiletries and fragrances due to hygiene

You can book to bring your M and M Direct return to your nearest ParcelShop online and then complete the returns process using our Print In ParcelShop device.
