How to return your In The Style parcel
You can return a parcel now by clicking the link above or by taking your item to a ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device. To return your In The Style parcel: Please note: there is no charge from Evri, but In The Style will deduct an admin fee from your refund.
1. Select your return method
You can choose to return your In The Style parcel using our ParcelShops, Lockers or our friendly local couriers
2. Give us a few details
Let us know your order number, email address and reason for returning. If you’re using our courier service, we’ll need your collection address
3. Book your slot
If you’re using our courier service, you’ll get a choice of dates
4. Print your In The Style returns label
Print your label at home or use one of our Print In ParcelShop devices, available at many ParcelShops
5. Drop it off or let your courier collect it
Drop your parcel off at your nearest ParcelShop or Locker, or let the courier collect it, depending on what you’ve chosen

To reduce waste, In The Style don’t include returns labels. We’ll create one automatically, which you can either print at home or with a Print In ParcelShop device at a ParcelShop
Make sure you report your return within 14 days of receiving your items
The Evri returns service is free to use, but In The Style will deduct an administration fee from your refund
