What you need to know for your Oh Polly return
Here’s a quick guide on things to know and check before you return your Oh Polly parcel. (Check Oh Polly’s returns policy for full details on what you can and can’t return, last reviewed: September 2020)
Your item must be in its original condition – so it must be unworn, undamaged etc
You must start the returns process within 14 days of receiving your UK order
Make sure you fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice and include it in your returns parcel
Try to return your items in their original packaging but remember to remove the original postage label
If you don’t have the original packaging, use our packaging guide to make sure your parcel is secure
