In 2023, we put a real focus on AI & intelligent automation and partnered with a leading market specialist, Robiquity, who continues to support us as we navigate the rapidly changing AI landscape.

We have built a new function that works on delivering initiatives focusing on operational excellence, transforming operations and specifically improving customer experience. Our AI policy and newly created AI forum provide us with a structured, strategic, and risk-aware foundation for delivering AI solutions.
