Parcel divert options
Our delivery window isn’t set in stone either! If you or your customer finds that you’re going to be out during the allotted delivery time, then you can easily divert your parcel to a chosen neighbour, a safe place, or one of our 10,000+ ParcelShops or Lockers.

You can simply select the Evri ParcelShop option when you make a booking or divert your parcel and find the ParcelShop that's most convenient. Once delivered, your customer can collect their parcel at any time within opening hours.
Simple parcel returns with Evri
Return items quickly and simply with Evri:
- Book a return online through our website or app and print the label at home or using our Print In ParcelShop devices. Drop off the parcel at your nearest ParcelShop and hand it straight to the shop assistant or place it inside one of our secure Lockers.
- If you have a business or corporate account with us, you can open a returns account. This means returns can be made free for customers and they can simply head to their local ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device to carry out the whole process in-store.

We have 24/7 Lockers available in convenient locations across the UK for a quick collection or delivery. Head to your nearest Locker, scan your barcode and place into a secure Locker, ready for collection.
Courier collection
Door to door courier service has never been easier. Simply follow the link below to send a parcel and select Courier Collection at checkout. We’ll give you a one-hour window to pick up the parcel from your home or office.
