We’ve made two important changes to support growing businesses and make discounts easier to reach - especially during quieter months.
- International parcels are now included in your monthly thresholds
- Monthly parcel volume thresholds are lower
Together, these changes mean you can send fewer parcels overall and keep your discounts or unlock even cheaper pricing.
International parcels count towards your monthly parcels
You can now send international parcels as part of your Frequent Seller Account - and they count double towards your monthly parcel numbers.
1 international parcel = 2 parcels towards your total.
That means you can mix UK and international sending to reach your discount level faster.

We’ve lowered the number of parcels you need to send each month to qualify for Frequent Seller pricing.
New monthly thresholds
International parcels count as 2, so it’s now easier than ever to stay on discounted pricing - even if your orders change.
Level 1 discounts
Send at least 40 parcels a month (was 50)
- 40-79 UK parcels
- 20-39 international parcels
- Or any mix that adds up to at least 40
Level 2 discounts
Send at least 80 parcels per month (was 100)
- 80+ UK parcels
- 40+ international parcels
- Or any mix that adds up to at least 80

You can now save on international shipping with your Frequent Seller Account. Every international parcel you send counts as 2 towards your total monthly volume, which means it’s even easier to keep your exclusive discounts.
