Our Business Partners play an integral role in the final mile of a parcel’s journey. Business Partners are responsible for running an efficient and effective parcel sortation process within either their own warehouse or an Evri leased warehouse. They lead a team of parcel pros that ensure parcels are scanned and sorted into area rounds ready for courier collection. They must ensure that their Delivery Unit is compliant with all aspects of health and safety and hygiene standards, creating a safe and secure work environment for their parcel pros and couriers alike.
Our smallest partnership model that is very self-sufficient and requires very little support from the team at Evri. The site is usually run by a very small team – Business Partner alongside family members or friends. Couriers in these sites work closely with the Business Partner who provides a lot of guidance and advise to couriers, they work together to ensure rounds run smoothly. This model is predominantly an owner operated site – they own the lease for the warehouse building and are accountable for the maintenance and service of the site. This is the lowest earning model, ranging from an earning potential of between £10-60k per annum*.
*Depending on the volume of work.
This category accounts for the majority of the Delivery Unit estate. This partnership will work very closely with Community Delivery Managers to ensure that all parcels connect with couriers every day. This partnership can be a combination of owner operated lease or Evri operated lease. They usually have a small team of parcel pros, usually between 4-6 people, again these can be friends, family or recruited externally by the Business Partner. This model has an earning potential of between £60-100k per annum*.
*Depending on the volume of work.
This is a partnership model that runs our largest Delivery Units. Due to the high volume of parcels processed and operational services provided, this partnership will build a close working relationship with the depot and regional management teams. This model is predominantly an Evri leased operation – Evri hold the lease for the building and are accountable for maintenance and service of the site. This model has a larger team of parcel pros, usually ranging from 6-25 people, these can be sourced from a range of friends and family groups and even agency workers. This is the largest earning model with estimated earning potential of £100+k per annum*.

We currently recruit Business Partners through word of mouth, recommendations, or connections via social media (LinkedIn etc).
Our Divisional Delivery Unit managers will contact you and arrange a visit to your site or a place of your choosing.
The manager will then run through a high-level interview with you to understand if your needs meet our requirements.
If successful, we will complete the administration process (VAT registration, DBS and right to work checks, warehouse compliance certificates, public liability insurance) that allows us to issue a contract for services and agree a start date with you.
If you have had no previous experience in sorting parcels, we will install a small support team from Evri that will assist with set-up and process flow for the first week of commencing services.
If you have had previous experience of running a Delivery Unit, we ensure that a manager from Evri is on site for the first week to ensure that we can answer any questions that you may have.
We do regular service reviews with you to ensure that you are managing your Delivery Unit effectively and that you are hitting the required SLA’s that Evri set.
