What’s the best way to send a 5kg parcel?
At Evri we’re here to make sending your 5kg parcel as simple as possible. We offer two easy options: your friendly local courier can collect your parcel or you can drop off your parcel at your local ParcelShop.
If you choose our courier collection service, all you need to do is let us know what day you’d like your courier to collect your parcel and the collection address. We’ll then send you an email on collection day to let you know what time we’ll collect your parcel. If you’re not going to be home you can tell your courier to collect your parcel from a safe place like a shed, porch or garage.
You can also drop off your parcel at any of our 8,500+ ParcelShops across the UK. Most have a Print In ParcelShop device where you can book and pay for your parcel and have your label printed. All you need to do then is stick your label on your parcel and hand it to a member of staff.

Can I send parcels heavier than 5kg?
Yes, you can! Here at Evri you can send parcels that weigh up to 15kg and up to 120cm long with a volume up to 245cm3. If you need any more help just take a look at our help section.
Sending, returning or receiving? Easy does it
Sending or returning something? Your friendly courier can collect your parcel from you or you can drop it at one of our 8,500+ local ParcelShops (usually your local convenience store or corner shop). Expecting a parcel? If you're not going to be home, just divert to a neighbour or ask us to leave it in a safe place. Whatever's easiest for you.
