Whether you’re sending something to a friend or to someone you’ve sold something to online, sending parcels with Evri is easy.

How do I send a 15kg parcel?

It’s really easy to send a 15kg parcel with Evri. First of all, we’ll give you a quote - we’ll need a few details about your parcel like where you’d like to send it, its weight and how quickly you’d like it to arrive.

Once you know how much it’ll cost to send, you’ll also need to let us know what’s in your parcel, as well as how much it’s worth. You’ll also need to make sure it’s less than 120cm long, and has a total volume of 245cm or less.

You’ll need to choose if you’d like your parcel to be signed for on delivery.  Finally, you can also enter delivery instructions, a safe place if your recipient won’t be at home, and contact information if we need to speak to someone about your parcel.

Once you’ve created your parcel label you’ll need to print it and attach it to your parcel.  If you don’t have a printer at home, you can take your parcel to any of our 6,400+ Print In Parcelshop locations, where you can use a Print In ParcelShop device to create and print your label.

Can I track my parcel?

Every parcel you send with Evri comes with regular, real-time tracking information. All you need to do is enter the parcel number here to track its progress.  You’ll also get a delivery time window on the day of delivery, options to divert your parcel to a safe place or neighbour and safe place delivery photo confirmation.

Can I send parcels heavier than 15kg?

With Evri you can send parcels that weigh up to 15kg, up to 120cm long with a volume up to 245cm.  Take a look at our help section if you’d like more information about sending a parcel.
