While we try to make absolutely sure that every parcel reaches its destination safely, there are some ways that you can help us achieve this:
Use a box with straight edges if you can
We will accept circular tubes, but to ensure that it remains stable on our conveyor belts, we recommend tubes with a flat surface to give you peace of mind.
Pad the inside with box filler
The longer the parcel, the more fragile it is likely to be. This is why it’s important to make sure that it is well padded and there is little room for your items to move around inside.
Place address information inside the box
In the event that the exterior label is damaged or lost; by placing your recipient’s and your own address inside the parcel, we can put it back on track in no time.
Instruct your recipient to give the courier a helping hand
Whether that be designating a safe place, nominating a neighbour or diverting to a ParcelShop, if your recipient won’t be in, these instructions will be invaluable in ensuring a safe and stress-free delivery for your courier.
