What you can and can’t send to the USA
While you can send lots of items to the USA with Evri, there are a few limitations. You’ll find a full breakdown of what you can and can’t send on our prohibited items list.
You should also follow the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the UK Civil Aviation Authority guides to keep up to date with the latest restrictions for sending parcels to the USA via airlines.
The best address format for sending parcels to the US
When you send a parcel to the US, you'll need to follow the correct address structure:
- The recipient's name
- The house number and street name
- The city, state, and at least the first half of the ZIP code in capital letters.
- "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" in capital letters on the last line of the address. You can also use the abbreviation "USA".
