Introduction and onboarding

We work with startups and enterprises alike. While there are no strict minimums, we are optimised for businesses shipping more than 300 units per week or over 1200 per month, to maximise value and efficiency.
Yes. We offer in-person tours by appointment, depending on location and availability.
You’ll have a dedicated account manager, support team access via Ticketing function from our platform, and helpful self-serve resources.

We offer inspection, restocking, and returns data management—streamlined to protect your revenue.
Late cut-offs, 1-hour ETAs, over 10,000 PUDO locations, safe place options, and in-flight diversions improve customer satisfaction and reduce failed deliveries. Yes, stock transfers between Evri facilities can be arranged. This supports rebalancing inventory across regions based on demand or market expansion plans.
Absolutely. Evri supports both B2B and D2C workflows, including bulk shipments, palletised deliveries, and customised B2B service-level agreements.

Yes. In the UK our performance has gained Amazon Prime accreditation for select partners. In other locations you would need to obtain exceptional approval for this service. Please speak to one of our account managers.
We provide clear guidelines to ensure your goods arrive ready for processing. These include carton labelling, SKU barcoding, and pallet configuration standards.
Drop-off slots are assigned during the onboarding process and can be scheduled flexibly based on warehouse capacity.
Missed inbound slots may lead to rescheduling delays and could incur handling charges. Please notify us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
Yes. Evri can coordinate collections from your suppliers or warehouses where needed, subject to location and shipment volume.

Technology & integrations
Very easy—our platform connects to 80+ ecommerce and ERP tools out of the box. You can check out a full list here. Our tech team will also support you through the integration process.
You get real-time inventory visibility and live tracking of every order from receipt to delivery. Our Inventory platform and other Evri Dashboard provides live metrics on fulfilment speed, stock levels, returns, and delivery compliance to help you track and optimise my stock performance. We are constantly improving our tech and releasing new features.
We support 80+ platforms including Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento, and TikTok Shop. Our tech team will also support you through the integration process. Please check with us if you have any questions about the platforms that we can currently support.
Yes. Multichannel support means you can manage DTC, wholesale, and marketplaces from one dashboard.
You’ll have access to reports for order accuracy, shipping speed, inventory health, and cross-channel sales—all available in real-time.

Yes. Our flexible infrastructure supports phased rollouts—start small and expand to new channels or countries as needed.
Yes. We ship to over 220 countries via our global parcel network and 80+ carrier partners. From our local warehouses we can provide market leading transit times: EU (1–4 days), GCC (1–3 days), US (1–6 days), Rest of World (3–8 days).
Yes. Your global operations are managed via a single account manager for simplicity.
Yes. Evri partners with trusted providers to offer customs brokerage, documentation support, and cross-border compliance solutions.
Pricing & billing
A detailed rate card is provided upon request and includes storage, pick & pack, VAS, and shipping. Custom quotes are available based on volume and scope.
Pricing is transparent and tailored to your needs. Some services (e.g. missed slots or urgent handling) may incur extra fees. These are clearly outlined during onboarding.
Invoices are generated as per the payment terms that are set when we finalize the contract. We support bank transfers and automated payments.
