Become an Evri Plus courier and get enhanced contractual benefits

Evri Plus is for couriers who want the perks of being employed, but with the freedom and flexibility of self-employment. All you need to do is commit to five or more days a week, including Saturday or Sunday and you’ll qualify for better contractual benefits. These include: 

  • Up to 28 days paid holiday and with cover automatically provided when your holiday is properly planned   
  • Automatic enrolment into a pension scheme for you to save into (minimum of 5% of invoiced earnings), and we’ll also pay a contribution each time you do (3%)  
  • Additional payments as agreed with the GMB union for non-parcel delivery tasks  
  • Maternity, paternity and adoption leave  
  • Accident and sickness insurance cover (*subject to an additional fee)  
  • Guaranteed earnings higher than the National Living Wage (NLW)

As long as there is availability, there is no limit on how many parcels you can deliver. If you’re doing a great job keeping customers happy, then there is no reason why you can’t take on more parcels to deliver. After all, the more you deliver, the more money you earn.
