If you’re sending items you sold on Amazon, eBay or Etsy, you’ll need an IOSS number. This lets our couriers know that you’ve already paid customs charges so we can get your items to where they’re going faster. You’ll typically find your IOSS number on your invoice from your chosen marketplace.
If you haven’t got an IOSS number, we’ll still ship your parcel as normal, but the recipient will need to pay any local customs charges. This can delay delivery slightly, but it means you’re still compliant with post-Brexit customs laws.
How much is shipping from the UK to Portugal

- Street type and name
- Door number, floor number (if applicable) and door identifier
- Postcode and locality (city)
- Country in capitals
