Frank Michael Kratovil, Jr. (born May 29, 1968) is an American politician currently serving his second term as State's Attorney of Queen Anne's County, Maryland. At the age of 34, Kratovil assumed office on January 2003 as the youngest State's Attorney in Maryland, after defeating four term Incumbent David Gregory in the Primary. In 2005, Kratovil was elected to be President of the Maryland State's Attorneys' Association by his fellow State's Attorneys. He ran unopposed in his bid for re-election in 2006. On June 4, 2007 Kratovil annouced that he would run for Congress in Maryland's 1 Congressional District.
