Will Hunsinger, CEO

Will brings a deep knowledge of consumer Web marketing and product management to Evri. Hunsinger, former CEO of Adeze, an interactive advertising platform, has recently been an entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) at Maveron LLC, a venture capital firm based in Seattle. Prior to Adeze, Will was vice president and general manager of Gap Online and VP of product management for Gap’s Direct Division. He managed Gap Online’s business operations, business development and product management. He also served as senior director of strategy and new business development for Overture Services prior to its acquisition by Yahoo! and as vice president of business development and product management at Business.com. Will began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, and graduated from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.

Deep Dhillon, CTO

Deep is an accomplished engineer and systems architect with extensive experience conceptualizing, architecting and deploying multiple advanced networking applications. His areas of expertise include: Internet based search systems, object-oriented and knowledge-based systems, software architecture and audio based search systems. Before joining Evri, Deep was the Director of Engineering at Insightful Corporation (now Tibco), in the Text Analysis and Search business division. In this role, he led the development efforts for InFact, a large scale natural language processing based enterprise text analysis platform and search engine. In the summer of 2007, Deep helped oversee incorporating InFact’s intellectual property, core team and technology into Evri.

Prior to Insightful, Deep was a founder and chief scientist at music search and identification company Cantametrix. At Cantametrix, Deep led a team to build the world’s first, large scale, fully automated, digital signal processing based music identification and classification system. This technology has evolved into Sony Gracenote’s Music Id technology and is employed daily by millions of users in many diverse applications including Apple’s iTunes, Yahoo! Music Engine and many other audio appliances. Before founding Cantametrix, Deep was a research engineer at Metapath Software International (now GEC Marconi). Prior to that, Deep was a member of the technical staff at GTE Laboratories (now Verizon), in the Advanced Systems Laboratory, where he developed advanced interactive Internet prototypes and served as a consultant to GTE business units.

Deep received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Jeff Yolen, Vice-President Business Development and Sales

Jeff manages business development and sales at Evri. He was the Chief Revenue Officer of Sphere (acquired by AOL), where his responsibilities included sales, business development and monetization strategy. He as initiated and/or closed distribution partnerships for Sphere with publishers such as CNN, Wall Street Journal, Major League Baseball, AOL, Reuters, CBS News, NBC’s Access Hollywood, US News, Time, College Sports TV, MTV Networks, and many more. Jeff is a Board Advisor to several start-up companies in the consumer Web sector, including: Daily Grommet, a product discovery channel; VoxPop, a pop culture casual gaming company; Parity, a leader in the digital identity space; and TotSpot, the leading social publishing platform for parents about their kids.

Jeff has been an executive in media and technology for thirteen years, including five based in Europe. Before joining Sphere, he served as Vice President of Business Development at MobileLime, a mobile payments start-up. In his last year in Europe, Jeff consulted to Nokia on developing a podcasting strategy. Prior to that, he ran business development and RealArcade (the leading online casual gaming service) internationally for RealNetworks. Previously, Jeff was a senior executive in corporate venture capital at the Virgin Group, focused on their mobile businesses.Before the bubble burst, Jeff ran business development at Kozmo.com, leading their deals with companies like Starbucks and Amazon; he never once had to personally deliver a single Snickers bar in under an hour. Before Kozmo, Jeff spent five years in the television industry beginning at Warner Brothers.

Jeff has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA with Distinction from Harvard College. With three very young children, Jeff doesn’t currently have a personal life.

Rudy Gadre, Vice-President Business Operations

Rudy is responsible for oversight of legal, HR, finance and general business operations for Evri. He has over fifteen years experience working for some of the world’s most admired consumer brands. He previously worked at Facebook, where he served as VP & General Counsel and oversaw all legal matters. Rudy also spent six years at Amazon.com, working as Vice-President & Associate General Counsel for intellectual property, transactions and new technologies. In addition to his work at consumer technology companies, he also worked as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP and as Partner at Beacon Law Advisors.

Rudy has a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and a JD from the University of Washington.

Jessica Scheibach, Senior Director Products

Jessica manages product development for Evri’s consumer, publisher, and partner services. She also oversees the usability of Evri products, ensuring that the built products delight end users. Prior to joining Evri in December 2008, Jessica was the Vice President of Products at Jobster (now Recruiting.com). In this role, she managed product strategy, product development, design and usability across 3 product lines.

She spent 8 years at Amazon.com, culminating in her role as Director of Customer Experience in 2006. In this role, she ran the team responsible for measuring and improving the usability of the company’s websites and internal tools, and managed Amazon’s Customer Experience Bar Raiser program. In addition, she ran the design and development teams responsible for Amazon’s homepage, product detail pages, search, and store navigation.

Jessica holds an M.A. in English from the University of Kansas, where she also spent two years teaching English literature, poetry and writing classes to undergraduates.
