Evri announces deadline for sending Christmas gifts

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and it’s coming fast! Evri has announced today the deadline for sending Christmas gifts, so for any customers planning to send a little Christmas magic to someone special this year, they can make sure their parcels are part of the festive fun. Evri is advising that customers should plan ahead to make sure their gifts sleigh their way on time by checking Evri’s last posting dates for Christmas 2025.

The posting deadlines for sending parcels in the UK are:

  • Friday 19th December  – last day for courier collections
  • Friday 19th December – send a parcel standard delivery from an Evri ParcelShop or Locker by 11am
  • Saturday 20th December – send a parcel next-day delivery from an Evri ParcelShop or Locker by 11am

Sending a parcel with Evri couldn't be easier and there are three simple ways for customers to choose from. Courier collection, ParcelShop or Locker drop off.

Evri can collect parcels direct from a customer’s home with its door-to-door courier service and customers can choose when they’d  like Evri to collect it. Customers can also drop off their  Christmas gifts at any of Evri’s 10,000+ ParcelShops and Lockers, one of the largest pick up and drop off parcel networks in the UK.

Using one of our ParcelShops or Lockers is simple and convenient. Customers can book their parcel at evri.com and Evri will send them a QR code, they’ll need the code to print their label at one of the easy-to-use ParcelShop devices, then just hand the parcel over to a member of staff in store. If they’re using a 24/7 locker, they can use the same QR code to print a label there and follow the on-screen instructions to pop it in the locker.

Customers can book online via evri.com or download our Evri app, available on the App Store and Google Play.

This follows the announcement that Evri has partnered with Asda to make its ParcelShop services available in 1,200 Asda stores by April 2026, with more than 300 stores already live, providing customers with even more choice of where to send, collect or return their parcels.

Evri has invested more than £36 million in its infrastructure, increasing the number of parcels it can handle every day, to 4.4 million, so consumers have a reliable delivery service they can trust this Christmas.
