How does it work?
Before you follow the steps below to book a delivery to a ParcelShop, make sure your customer is happy with this service, and you’ll also need their email address. We’ll use this to notify your customer when their parcel has arrived and is ready to collect.

Book online
Start booking your parcel delivery on Evri.com and select ‘deliver to a ParcelShop when choosing your parcel delivery location.

Drop off your parcel
Take the parcel to your nearest ParcelShop. Don’t have a printer? No problem! You can use our Print in ParcelShop service to print your label for free.

Customer collects the parcel
We’ll let your customer know when their parcel is ready for collection. If the parcel hasn’t been collected within 10 days, it will be returned. Your customer will need to bring a form of identification to collect their parcel. A debit or credit card, passport, UK driving license or utility bill will be accepted.

- ParcelShop to ParcelShop services are not currently available using quick send and bulk send tools.
- The discounted prices are available for parcels weighing between 0 and 5kg for Standard and Next Day deliveries.
- All prices shown include VAT.
- Our unbeatable prices are compared against our UK competitors when you purchase directly, not including a third party or reseller.
- The maximum parcel length accepted for ParcelShop deliveries is 120cm.
