How to return your Debenhams parcel with Evri
There are 3 quick and easy ways to return your Debenhams parcel:

3. Go to a ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device.
You don’t need to do anything beforehand – just take your parcel with you, fill in your details using the Print In ParcelShop device, and send your return on its way

Return forms
To return items to Debenhams Direct, you’ll need to fill out the returns form included in your parcel and remember to include your order number in your returns form.
Marked items
You won’t be able to return any items that you have stained or marked.
Return period
You have 28 days to return your items from the day you received them.
