You can choose to purchase your labels through Evri Direct or Amazon's Buy Shipping platform, giving you flexibility in how you manage your shipping needs. Your Prime labels will need to go through Amazon's platform.

Can I use the MFN option for Amazon with international shipping?

Yes! When customers from other countries purchase your products, you can choose to fulfil these orders via our Evri Direct platform or via your Amazon Buy Shipping platform.

How long does it take to onboard?

When you enquire about our MFN services with Amazon, you’ll hear back from our team within 48 to 72 hours, Monday to Friday. What happens with my parcel once collected?

Once we collect your parcels, they head straight to your local depot for processing. How do my customers return orders with Evri if I’ve used Amazon Buy Shipping?

If you've used Amazon Buy Shipping for your orders, your customers can easily return items through their Amazon order page. They can choose from over 9,000 ParcelShop locations across the UK, dropping off their returns whenever it's convenient for them.

Our ParcelShops are open seven days a week from 8 am until late, offering flexibility to fit your customers' schedules. Each location has been selected for its easy access, with plenty of nearby parking to make the returns process hassle-free. A smooth and convenient returns service with Evri will make sure your customers have a positive experience with your brand overall.

What is Amazon Buy Shipping and how does it work with Evri?

Amazon Buy Shipping is an integrated platform for purchasing shipping labels, letting you access pre-negotiated rates with Evri. With Amazon Buy Shipping, you can easily buy labels individually or in bulk, manage and confirm orders, and track your shipments efficiently. It’s a streamlined way to handle all your shipping needs with Evri.

Do you offer Saturday or Sunday Collections?

Absolutely! We offer collection services six days a week, Monday to Saturday, to support your business operations. While we currently do not offer Sunday collections, we're always looking to expand our services. Keep an eye out for updates on our service availability, including potential Sunday collections in the future.

Can I send my Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime order with Evri Direct?

Seller Fulfilled Prime orders must be processed through Amazon's Buy Shipping platform to meet Prime standards. By purchasing your Evri shipping labels this way, you’ll gain access to competitive rates and streamlined shipping processes.

Using Buy Shipping helps maintain high service levels and reliability, ensuring timely deliveries and comprehensive tracking for Prime customers. It's crucial to continue using Buy Shipping for all Seller Fulfilled Prime orders to maintain Prime eligibility and deliver a top-notch experience for your customers.

Do orders processed using Amazon Buy Shipping count towards meeting my Evri Business Account's minimum volume requirements?

The parcels processed through Amazon Buy Shipping do not count towards the volume requirements of your Evri Business Account. However, we aim to collect all parcels through our dedicated van collection service.

Your Evri business account rates depend on the volume of parcels purchased directly through Evri. In contrast, Amazon Buy Shipping rates are based on the parcels bought through this platform in the last four weeks.
