Absolutely! We offer collection services six days a week, Monday to Saturday, to support your business operations. While we currently do not offer Sunday collections, we're always looking to expand our services. Keep an eye out for updates on our service availability, including potential Sunday collections in the future.

Seller Fulfilled Prime orders must be processed through Amazon's Buy Shipping platform to meet Prime standards. By purchasing your Evri shipping labels this way, you’ll gain access to competitive rates and streamlined shipping processes.

It's crucial to continue using Buy Shipping for all Seller Fulfilled Prime orders to maintain Prime eligibility and deliver a top-notch experience for your customers.

The parcels processed through Amazon Buy Shipping do not count towards the volume requirements of your Evri Business Account. However, we aim to collect all parcels through our dedicated van collection service.

Your Evri business account rates depend on the volume of parcels purchased directly through Evri. In contrast, Amazon Buy Shipping rates are based on the parcels bought through this platform in the last four weeks.
