Getting in touch over Christmas

Well, the holidays are finally here… and while this festive season is unlike any other, we hope you’re having a peaceful and safe Christmas.
Just a reminder that our busy Parcel People will be here for you over the next couple of weeks. If you’ve indulged in a bit of shopping and need to speak to someone about a parcel, please get in touch with the retailer first. That should be your first point of contact.
If you’d like to contact us about your parcel, you can get in touch with your local Customer Service team 24/7 via Holly, just click the Get in touch button on our contact page and Holly will get your enquiry to the right place. We also have a dedicated phone line to our UK Contact Centre for customers sending parcels via Hermes. Please call 0330 808 5456 Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4pm or Saturday, 8.30am-2pm.
Our lines are open as usual except for the following dates:
24 December: 8:30am-1pm
25, 26 & 27 December: Closed
28 December: 10am-2pm
29, 30 & 31 December: 8:30am-1pm
1 January: Closed

And don’t forget it’s really easy to track your parcel online. Simply click here and enter your 16-digit tracking number, 8-digit calling card number or 8-digit receipt number to find out where your parcel is on its journey.
We’ll also be making parcel deliveries every day except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Remember it’s also easy and convenient to send and return parcels at a Hermes ParcelShop, many of which are open until late and offer free parking. Click here to find your nearest ParcelShop – and to check the opening times before you set off! Our Lockers are also available 24/7.
