How to send a parcel to Malaysia
There are three ways to send with Evri.
ParcelShops
Once you've packaged up your items. book your delivery online or at selected Post Office ParcelShops. You can print your label at home or in-store using our free Print in ParcelShop devices. Next, just hand your parcel over to the store assistant and we'll take care of the rest.
Lockers
Book online, scan your barcode and drop your parcel off at one of our available Lockers in a location near you.
Courier collection
Arrange for a Courier to collect your parcel from your home or office. You'll get a 1-hour collection window for when you can expect us and door-to-door service to your recipient in Malaysia.

What you can and can’t send to Malaysia
While you can send lots of items to Malaysia with Evri, there are some limitations, which you’ll find on our comprehensive list of what you can and can't send internationally.
You should also follow the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the UK Civil Aviation Authority guides for the latest restrictions for shipping from the UK to Malaysia via air.
Address format for parcels to Malaysia
When you send a parcel to Malaysia, you'll need to follow the correct address structure:
- The recipient's name
- House Number/Lot Number/Floor and Building Name, followed by street address
- Postal code and city
- State name
- Write MALAYSIA on the last line
For example:
