More on Neil Young
Description from Wikipedia:
Neil Young is the solo debut album by Canadian musician Neil Young. It was his first album after Young's departure from Buffalo Springfield. Although many sources cite that Young's solo debut was released in January 1969, this is incorrect. The album was originally released on November 12, 1968, Young's 23rd birthday. In January 1969 the album was partially remixed and the 'Neil Young' header was added to the album cover; before it had only been the portrait. Copies of the original 1968 version are rare and thus highly sought after. The original version has never been released on compact disc.
Neil Young was released as a HDCD-encoded remastered CD on July 14 2009. ==Track listing==
All songs written by Neil Young, except "String Quartet From Whiskey Boot Hill," written by Jack Nitzsche. Arrangements on "The Old Laughing Lady," "String Quartet from Whiskey Boot Hill," and "I've Loved Her So Long" by Young, Nitzsche, and Ry Cooder.
